Some advice needed... I'm just about to bottle a Pilsner, everything is sanitised and the priming sugar is good to go. How I have just take my fermenter out of the fridge when it has been for 4 weeks cold crashing and I've noticed there is some ice floating in it. Will there be any yeast left alive to carb my beer? I don't have any more yeast to add at this point!
You should be fine, yeast are hardy bastards.
I once turned half a batch to slush and it still carbonated fine after :)
