Lol. Have you been asked this question before Eoin?

what Lord Eoin means to say is try steeping about 300 grams of carapils at around 65 celcius for 30 mins or so. Then take out the grain, bring the liquid to boiling and throw in 20 or 30 grams of saaz hops in a muslin bag and boil them for 15 mins. Then add that liquid to your fermenter and bung the kit/water/extra fermentable sugar of your choice in on top and ferment as normal.
Have a look at LE's guide to kit hackng here http://www.nationalhomebrewclub.ie/forum/index.php/topic,2732.0.html (http://www.nationalhomebrewclub.ie/forum/index.php/topic,2732.0.html)
