Hi

Been brewing off and on for prob 10 years or so..

switched to AG tail end of last year and wish i had done so sooner.

now struggling to find time and space for my hobby.

Welcome Niman. I find it difficult getting time to do a brew too. I usually mash on day1 and boil on day2 to get finished early. Dough in about 9pm, mash out at about 10:30. Ramp up to boil in the morning

Welcome Niman. Come on over to the Belfast page and say Hi to your neighbours. Where are you based? We have a few bods around Ormeau and Ravenhill.

Think we all struggle with time. I've only managed one brew so far this year!

Welcome Niman! Same here - so hard to find a 5 hour stretch to get a brew on! Going to try RichC's method soon.
