Title: Capital Brewers Summer Session Competition
Post by: sub82 on June 10, 2015, 10:09:07 PM
Is anyone thinking of entering the Capital Brewers annual Summer Session beer competition (http://www.nationalhomebrewclub.ie/forum/index.php/topic,9885.msg122024.html#msg122024)?

Tempted. It'd be a good excuse to re-brew my 3% Berliner Weisse.

Berliner Weisse is bound to be a contender! So refreshing!

Definitely. Still scratching my head over the recipe though. Better get brewing!

Would love to if I could find the time.  Alas life takes its toll and beer production suffers!

Hmmm might give it a go! A low abv, dry beer should be relatively quick to get ready. Never attempted that particular style before but no harm in trying!

How's it all going with this? If anyone has beers they want to enter we should organise a tasting soon. The finals are in August so we'd need to have our 2 entries selected before then.
