Putting it out there.
I'm out of the country for the first half, so later in the month is good with me.
Fri 17th or 24th.
Fran well as we've not been there on a while.
Sounds good, people will be able to bring their version of the group brewday.
Down with that sort of thing.
I'll do my best to be there. Might have kids with me though >:D
Any interest in a meetup next Friday the 10th? As I'm away for the weekends of the 17th and 24th.
How do we add a poll?
I won't be around that weekend, and I'm only going to be bottling the collaboration brew this weekend.
No hassle. Actually think I'm taking young fella to soccer now, so probably won't make it anyway. Kegged my portion of the group brew last week. Tried it the other day, and seems pretty meh to me, but I do like a nice bit of hops, which this one really seems to be lacking. Anyone else try it yet?
I kegged mine last week and tried it a few days ago.
I dryhopped 1g/l centennial and 3g/l cascade
It still needs a bit of carbonation and some time to settle more, but I love it :)
Kegged mine tonight, finished 1.010 I didn't dilute, used mangrove jacks West coast yeast and dry hopped with 25g into whatever was in the keg, maybe 12 litres? Really fruity looking forward to trying it when it's fully carbonated. Starting a black ipa tonight so that won't be ready for the meetup.
Bit confused here ???
What night is the meet happening? 10th, 17th and 24th have all been mentioned but no definite reply for any.
I'll try to get in if I can.
Nothing happening on 10th anyway, so presume it will be one of the following weekends.
Lads, Friday 17th is looming, are we on for this?
Doesn't have to be the well. Maybe Bierhaus?
I can do Friday, ill have to figure out a way to bottle some beer up for the meet.

Normally too busy on a Friday.
I'm away this weekend, but if Lord Eoin is passing, I can bottle some of the collaboration beer from the keg for comparison to the different versions. Had some again last night, and seems to have improved quite a bit.
How about the Friary then?

Nice little bar. Not sure how busy it gets on a Friday, but probably worth a shot.
Alain will have contract details. I'll text him and find out.
Won't be able to make Friday. Will bring my version along to the next meet-taste is changing every day right now.
So, push back a week?
I can't make it Friday now, heading to Tralee tomorrow, so next Friday suits. If anyone wants some of the malt from Gordon, let me know and I can bring some back with me.
I need to push back too.
What malt is that?
I have Dana hops from Gordon, Summit (I think) from Sam.
Let me know if anyone wants some.
GORDON has some pilsner and roasted barley, in the for sale section
I'll bring a few 1 kg bags of roast barley along as well.
I'm interested in 1kg RB, thanks.
Anyone for Hops?
Lads I won't be able to make this - will be down the country.
Fran Well Booked for Friday night 8pm.
I'll be there, hopefully with 3 or 4 beers.
The Lee Valley lads lads are meeting there too. There'll be homebrew everywhere!
Is there many up for this?

I'm very ronery...
It's rearry, rearry ronery.
Happened to have 2 bottles of the kinsale brew in my car and was passing so I dropped in for an hour.
It was nice to see the difference in the 4 versions of the same beer.
Even though 3 of us used cascade they were all quite different :)
Yeah all four beers were different, and all decent versions as well. Good night, after ye left the Lee Valley guys invited us over to their meet - very enjoyable, two very good ESBs being tasted and I had some really nice beech leaf vodka. Managed to spill my kilo of roast barley all over the taxi on the way home so all in all a very eventful night!
Great to meet some of ye last night.
Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to meet the rest of the Rebel gang outside, we were all concentrating hard on pretending to be beer judges inside! We had 2 different ESB style beers in a taste-off, both really good beers but very different from each other.
Having the two clubs together last night was great craic. Cheers to all
We should do a joint club brew day or inter club brew-off or something along those lines
