oops - only realised when you posted this that mine lapsed last month. that explains that then :)
Not sure how this "Renewal email" thing works like if someone in the membership team actually has to send it or if its supposed to be automatically sent to members whose membership is due to expire at a defined time ahead of the expiry.
I am just curious as the last notification of any kind in my email (from NHBC) is from September or so. My membership expired sometime during December - I found my card which was sent last December. I did not receive a membership renewal email in advance of my expiry. I have renewed it just a few minutes ago.
Yea, the email renewals aren't working right at all I'm afraid, so I'm not surprised you didn't get an email. We are looking into a different notification mechanism.
With regards to the card, we no longer issue cards as of April this year, thanks for renewing! !
