Title: East Cork Rebels brew day
Post by: johnrm on June 16, 2015, 12:03:31 AM
I'm going to be doing a BIAB on Sat about 3pm at my place.
I have some milled malt from Killarney that I need to use up.
Stick your name down here if interested in popping along.

This turned out to be an interesting day.
Missed the numbers but the beer got brewed, and was taken by Pockets for fermentation.
A Wheat beer, 50/50 with Mauri Weiss and lots of assorted random hops.
The same lad is an expert on BBQ so took the reins there.
I mentioned Hop Randall, so this was filled with Galaxy to liven up a boring kit beer, but this back fired and we clogged the Randall with beer every where.
I have reviewed the Randall so know how to get it right the next time.
All in all a fun and enjoyable day.
