If it's not a secret what's mash and fermentation temperature's?

No secrets here , I did a step mash starting at 50 degree ramped up to 69 deg and then mash out at  75. Fermentation temp was18 degrees for a week then droped to 12 degree. Hope this helps

I don't have the numbers but the Stout category is one of the more popular categories (probably third after Pales and IPAs) so I'd say it'd be a lot

Just so you know, this beer won 3rd in the BOS in 2017. I brewed this with the original brewer and it was lovely.
