Just wondering how and where people store their bottled beer or wine when its time to put it away for time to work its magic? I am looking for some pint bottle crates to store my beer, Im just paranoid of something or someone breaking them. Does anyone know where I can purchase pint bottle crates online?

How many are you looking for? I have some German half litre crates I might get rid of.

I'm quite interested in this topic as well. What about cardboard box style crates. Are these available anywhere?

If you're looking for cardboard boxes, try your local off-licence. They (I know the place I work in anyway) usually have more empty 12 (wine) bottle boxes than they need, and just end up compressing them for waste. They should give you them for free.
Plastic crates are different, in that the beer wholesalers usually collect empty ones at each delivery. Ones that contain returnable deposit bottles (e.g. pint bottles of Guinness, Smithwicks or Macardles) are returned to the brewery.

I use the cardboard 6 packs I get in Superquinn that I keep my 33cl bottles in. I have a couple of crates I bought when on hols in Belgium. Problem is he diversity of bottles I have means certain bottles only fit certain crates.

You can always ask your local friendly barman if you know one.
One of the lads in my local gave me 4 crates of cider pint bottles which I still have 4 years on.
I was passing through Temple Bar a couple of weeks ago and they were clearing out  the old Kitchen night club and there were a load of crates in the skip!  Wife wouldn't let me go skip diving!

Great quality bottles. Perfect!

I have 40 pint bottles at the moment and in the next few weeks Ill have 40 more, as well as 30 odd wine bottles. I was also thinking of a DIY unit for the shed if I could find plans. Was also thinking of storage boxes but they would only hold the bottles kinda loose so not ideal :/
