I have a mega Pilser Urquell ferment-under-pressure brew planned for next week, once my lower pressure gauge arrives to make a spunding valve, and I'm going to use this yeast and Irish lager malt.

Going on what I have read this is possibly a more versatile lager yeast than 830.
