Welcome! Based in Derry myself but grew up just outside Buncrana.

Welcome. Derry and Letterkenny have clubs, or if you're in south Donegal, you might find Erne Brewers a little easier to get to!

Thanks guys  I'm in good old Kilmacrennan, originally from St.Johnston. How do i go about getting in contact with the local clubs?

Excellent! Well, Beanstalk knows more about the Letterkenny meet, which is your nearest, I'd say. Much craft beer in Kilmacrennan? I know Olde Glen in Carrigart sells.

No craft beer down here at all    Never be in Carrigart much apart from passing through but will stop in next time. Where ye in sampling?

I saw on Twitter that they stocked Kinnegar, so I manipulated a day out up there to include the pub. Nice place, with an intriguing secret room on the right.

Where are you getting you kits from?

Hi MrK, in the process of organising a beer tasting night with a local pub owner in Letterkenny in early July. We'll go through beer ingredients this time and maybe get people who come along to decide on a kit or extract brew that we can brew in the pub during the next months meet. Its early fays yet but the last one was wile craic! Sure we're only over the hill from kilmacrennan!

Secret room on the right eh?    I've had one bottle of Kinnegar - Otway, i'll need to get a few of each in at the weekend to see how the are. Currently getting everything from HomeBrewWest.

Are many currently meeting up beanstalk? A brew in the pub would be brill, get everyones input and bit of craic too
