New Dublin city brewer

Hi all,

My friend and I have been brewing since early this year and so thought I'd fully join the forum as it's been a great source of info over the past few months.

We're based in Dublin city and currently have a few kit beers bottled so far: a Citra pale ale (Craft range kit), two Coopers stouts (part of one a Coffee stout) and a Coopers Wheat beer.

Hi Jinjubang, welcome to the forum (great name BTW!),

Sounds like you're making great strides in your brewing, I've made that Craft Range Citra pale ale myself and it makes a fantastic summer brew!

You might be interested in dropping along to the next Capital brewers meet on 1st July (WJ Kavanaghs, Dorset Street). All details are in the thread below, you can bring along a brew (2 x 500ml), or just pop in to say hello, it's a fairly informal affair

Definately interested in dropping by the brewers meet but wont be able to make it for July 1st. Will have try the next one.

Eager to get feedback on the bottled beers we have so far so would prob bring one of each.
