Hi All.  Stevo from Newtownmountkennedy in Wicklow.  Been lurking for a few months.  The missus bought me a True Batch Brew kit last Christmas and I've brewed a few 1 gallon brews but moved up to 5 gallon extract & grain brews recently.  Loving this beer-making lark.
