Barleys Bark Brown Ale from Amelia Loftus 'Sustainable Brewing Book.
Absolutely delish and real quick to condition.

Pale Ale Malt 4.5kg
Vienna Malt 0.5kg
Chocolate Malt 0.230
Crystal 40 Malt 0.230
Crystal 60 Malt 0.230

Mash at 66-67 celcius for 1 hour.

Magnum Hops 13g for 60mins
East Kent Golding 30g for 30mins
East Kent Golding 10g for 10mins

Safale S-04 yeast

Its great.
Lots of good recipes and the front part has a selection a recipes for spent grain.
I've got her 'Irie in a Jar' Irish Red Ale in the fermentor at the moment.

Bottled or kegged?

About one week in the fermentor.
I had a few bottles at 10 days conditioning and it was fine.
The one in the pic is 14 days and it is lovely.

did you bottle straight out of the primary then?
so 3 weeks in total?
