If you like stout the coopers brewmaster Irish stout with dme instead of dextrose is a great place to start tastes as good as many all grain stouts I've done.
Whatever you choose good luck and I hope you enjoy this excellent hobby

Cheers Marzen, I think Im going to try the BIAB the  Bavarian Hefe Weizen from Homebrew Company as I purchased it at the time. I got into liking the Erdinger Weissbier so wanted to try something on the lines. Probably should have gone with an extract really!!!!

I have done that hefe weizen a few times and it is really nice. Finishes fermentation in 5 or six days and is drinkable within 2 weeks of bottljng. I also Biabed this so if you need any help give me a shout

Good choice I've done that too it's one of the fastest to be ready needs no time to condition really and tastes great. Good luck and keep us posted  :)

You'll be grand...  the home brew company have a good biab guide.. follow that and you will be sorted and you will end up with a nice brew..

Let us know what part of the country you're in and maybe someone will come along and help you out with your first brew to get you going.
Otherwise feel free to start a thread in the AG section and update it with any questions you have while you brew.
if there's a few people on at the time we can try to answer and give advice in pretty much real time :)

All done.  It sure was in at deep end today. Thanks for all the support & help. Sorry I didn't reply sooner. Hadn't checked my emails.
