Fresh hops

prolly posted already, but here we go again.

Picture "Waynes world" "we're not worthy" scene.

Fresh hops mean so much, just drinking my 1st beer brewed with my hops from the hop buy and I have to say mmmmh mmmmmmh.

Freshness is the key, or thats the latest theory anyhow ;)

+1 and decanted into 100's, vac sealed and back in the freezer

Wow even Spud Murphy Homebrewer then, current head brewer Rising sons was talking about it 4 years ago, I had 500g in 100g batches of cascade in freezer one was vac sealed and one the vac went on it
The sealed one smells amazing and I'm glad I opened it to test it, the one where the vac had gone smelled but wasn't great so time for another clearout this time 2013.



And some bittering hop scrags from 2012.

I just lifted the lid on the bin it smells fecking amazing
