Recipe critique on a Pliny clone, thoughts please?.

@HB,  what hopping rates and schedule would you use if you were doing it your way? This is turning into a great thread and something I've been experimenting with recently a good bit.
Also how long do you WP at 76? I take it you just let it cool naturally while the Wp is active.
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter

I cut the crystal it was way too dark
I guess you cool to 76 and then stop and just recirc

the "actual" pliny recipe. I'm sure the recipe gets tweaked but this is a RR brew sheet from 2014

I followed the Bertus recipe and it came out great - just as described. Quite like the Stone Ruination which just became available here (brewed two weeks ago in Berlin).
