Blew the dust off this again as I have a lot of brewing tomorrow and wanted to give them a rinse from storage.

It's just a simple cheap garden pond pump from eBay with a keg spear, copper pipe would have done either.
Warm water and w5

A good rinse of the pump afterwards as residual cleaning solution will attack the plastic.

I'm still not convinced it would lift krausen off sides vs a soak but will give it a go in a couple of weeks

What is best temp for w5 oxy?

activates just above 60, not boiling for carboys  ;)

this is the pump or one like it 1500L/h
http://www.ebay.ie/itm/300-600-1000-1500-2500LPH-Submersible-Water-Fountain-Pump-for-Fish-Tank-Pond-HOT-/381505893889?var=&hash=item58d385f601:m:mKBtuJhnKQ_h72TA4LAuHqA

I will say that I needed to centre on the jug to ensure a clean stream down the side of the carboy, that could be tricky on a keg and you'd probably need to twist 180 degrees halfway through to ensure it was cleaning.
