In web HB shop musings came across these recently, what to guess what they are?

That's a clever thing for cleaning the beer lines. I was going to say my first reaction was for using in the mash to help it to be more loose and easy to sparge

CH: Any issue using the dish sponge to do same job? Plastics wise (being a cheapskate here).

way too rough for your arse I'd never use that
Like for your pipes it would have to be soft, those orange things feel weird they are soft and compress easily, no abrasion.
