The logistic's of the working arrangement here is going to be tricky.
If member one books brewing time on say,Monday, they set up HLT to heat up on Sunday, arrive and brew Monday and clean up the brewhouse. However, what if they do not clean up completely.
As things move on and one group wants to brew again because they need more beer, this might clash with other members who also might be in the same predicament.
The costs of running the facility would need to be defined,e.g. group 1 brews 10 times, group 2 brews 5 times.

The brewery will need all the same paperwork as any other brewery.

Alot more fermenters and conditioning tanks will be needed to cater for each group.

Storage of raw materials, malts, hops and the various chemicals used will need to be defined

Storage of returning empties in the case of kegs that will need to be cleaned and prepared for reuse.

If each group does not wish to store finished beer on the premises, then they need there own safe storage locker with all the paper work completed for that place.

Bottling is another area that will require booked time on the unit.
The storage of clean empty bottles, the safe storage of completed filled bottles, packaging for same.

There is alot more to be considered that I have not gone into, this idea has merit but one question that needs to be covered is how is all this beer going to be sold. :)

I've heard it said there are only 5 things you need to get right to run a successful brewery
1. Sales
2. Sales
3. Sales
4. Sales
5. Sales
