Hey all, suppose I should introduce meself. Started brewing about 18 months ago shortly after a friend started, dived straight into all grain (but have since done 2 extracts!), have 17 brews under my belt so far. Only started playing about with water chemistry and temperature control recently, hoping to expand me skills by speaking with your fine selfs over the coming months (got me ticket for brewcon so that should be good)!

Btw, I'm based in Chapelizod - do I join Liffey Brewers or Capital Brewers? Or wait for them to start fighting over me?

Your welcome and as a Liffey Brewer your more than welcome to come along to a meet to chin wag about beer and also drink some too. We usually meet last Thursday of the month which was last night.

Depending upon your bus routes, why not join both! Capital are by far the best club, but I have to declare a vested interest

All joking aside, you are very welcome. Pick your closest club and get involved. The more you put in the more you get out.
