In the meet last night we decided to either empty this in December or Solera the beer with a few people if they can rebrew and fill in. Simon will take a sample this month and let us know how it's tasting.

If emptying, looking to empty in Late November to have it for Christmas, so have a keg ready.
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter
