Haven't done it and don't think it'd be difficult but I'm not sure you'd be able to use the little racking arm if you did it.

Mmmm. Would want the racking arm too though... I'll have to look into it

I've one of these and haven't used the racking ATM in about 30 brews. There's 2 small gaskets that are in the arm to provide a snug fit but they keep ripping as a result I no longer use it.

Yeah I think I've one left on each fermenter and I try to be careful with them. I do find the arms handy though.
