Hi Everyone,

I Bought 2 starter kits the end of November from a guy off of Done deal. Just finshed my second brew, 1st was a kit (Pale Ale) second was a "partial" all Grain (IPA).
I Have been interested in brewing for sometime and now wish I had started sooner . I have been gathering alot of information from this forum incognito over the past few weeks and found it to be a great resource.

Hopefully I can make a meet on the northside in the new year.

Looking forward to meeting other brewing enthusiasts and making some good brews in the future  :) :)

Paul

Welcome. We meet up in Swords and Malahide twice a month. Keep an eye on the
North county brewers section for meet up times.
There are a few mambers from Raheny who come to the meetings. Lots of good brewers in the area.
And Brian :P

You are joking, but once my apartment got flooded and the the Santry River rose to 3/4 of the height of my fermenter. I kegged the beer anyway and Floodwater Porter was born.

Hey Paul,

if those lads out in the North County aren't to your liking (  :D ), Capital Brewers meet regularly in the city centre.
