Got a brew on today. Based on Brewdog Hardcore IPA.
Dialed back slightly. 

Marris Otter 4.50 Kg
Vienna Malt 2.50 Kg
Crystal 0.35 Kg
Dextrose 0.35 Kg

OG 1.071
IBU 110

Columbus 25g @ 60 min
Columbus 25g @ 30 min
Simcoe 25g @ 30 min
Simcoe 30g @ 10 min
Centennial 30g @ 10 min

Dry Hops to be decided later but loads more Simcoe Centennial and Columbus

Dry hopped for 5 days with 45 g each of Simcoe and Centennial
Smells amazing. transferred to keg and for the hell of it threw another 50 g of centennial in the keg in a hop bag  :
sure why the hell not.

How big was the batch nigel? Was it 275g of hops in total? Ha ha ha

started out around the 23 ended up with a keg and about half pint "Sample"
Its a fair few hops alright but you can never have too many really can you.
