Hi I'm Mark from North County Dublin, I got into home brewing almost a year ago now. Started off with a couple of kit's then tried a few small extract brew's which turned out not to bad. At the moment I'm working on an a basic all grain setup, still have to add a small bit of spray malt to boost the alcohol level up a bit, but with a bit more practice I'm sure I get there. Came across this site a few weeks ago and found a lot of helpful information. Just wanted to sign up and say hello and thanks to everyone.
