Don't need it now. Still have loads of Bairds malt.
However once you'll get it I may ask you for some (~300g)

Last time was not fully happy with the quality so would like to mash 300g of MCI in 1l for 1h
and do exactly same with Bairds.

Or even better: Jacob (named after Jacob Christian Jacobsen the founder of the Carlsberg brewery and Carlsberg Laboratory. ) He picked Carlsberg as his son was named Carl
