Hi,
I've a beko ** glacier sitting around at home. Corny just barely doesn't fit because of the freezer box. Has anyone removed the freezer box from their fridge before? Does the fridge and freezer generally share the same gas? I could probably cut it out if so.....
Or should I just get a fridge that fits full stop....

Suggestions welcome!

the cooling chiller box is probably like the undercounter one I have cannibalised to make my kegerator. If so then you can try by removing the side walls of the cooler box and gently fold out the cooler box until it can lie flat against the back of the fridge.

Sounds like a plan! Did you just bend it by hand?

Yes if you look at the box you will notice the pipe work that has the gas in it. It is inside the metal sheet that makes up the box. The side walls of the box are just metal and are crimped on. If you use a pliers to open the crimping you can remove the side metal panels and then gently flatten out the panel so as to let it sit at the back of the fridge. :)
