Hi Everyone,

Just taking the time to introduce myself on the NHC forum - I've been lurking on the sidelines for a while and really only getting round to joining up now!.

I've been interested in the whole home-brewing concept for around a year now and have made 5 brews so far - No. 6 (red ale) and No. 7 (Stout) are both bubbling away merrily in the spare room at the moment.

As I live in Lucan, I attended a meeting of the Liffey Brewers Club back in August for a bit of a nosey - thanks for the warm welcome lads and the many tasty brews that were shared around!! Unfortunately I've been unable to re-attend any meetings since due to work commitments but I'm looking forward to the brew day in the Lucan County on Sat 18th. Hopefully I'll pick up a few ideas/tips to help progress my brewing to the next level.
