Following on from the hops wish list - an agenda:

1. Upcoming competitions. (Lucan , Nationals) and the RIS entry
2. 2014 hop group buy.
3. Possible malt buy.
4. Other group buys
5. Barrel timeline and possible next brew.up numbers.
6. Recruitment / possibility of a public brew day to try drum up new numbers.
7. Swap Shop
8. group outing. (Brú , THBC , HBW 5 Lamps maybe)
9. Pinched off another forum "We could have something like €20 per annum, or pay as you go say €2 per meet. Money would go on equipment for brew days. Lee Valley charge, and to good effect as they now have an impressive array of gear.

Cracked a bottle of my DIPA for research purposes and I'm sad to say its just not ready. Little to no carbonation still.
I'll have a dig around and see what else I have to bring instead.

Great night lads. Lots and LOTS of good beers.
The milk stouts were a high point for me. Great to see differences in  a style.
Fair play to Brian. The milk stout really was up to competition standard.
Look out 13F competitors.
NCB for the win this year.

Once again had a great night. Beers quality was excellent but wouldn't expect anything other from NCBrewers :)

Great night last night.

New faces and visitors - way to go.

Will write up the minutes on a separate thread that we can keep up to date with our descisions etc.
