Wort/beer loss to hops

I don't normally worry too much about this stuff but I'm starting to get really anal about my numbers(just improving my process). I'm doing the Pliny clone and I'm wondering g how much liquid absorbtion to allow for loss to both leaf and pellet hops in boil and FV. any of you guys have tried and tested numbers for this?

Put the whole lot into beersmith and let it do the grunt on the percentages/pellet/leaf numbers.
