100g aroma
100g chocolate
100g wheat spray malt
500g brown sugar
50g of raisins soaked in 100ml rum for 5 days
3 cloves
1 star anise
50g fuggles at 60mins
50g galena at 60mins
40g perle at 60mins
50g dana at 10mins

300g golden syrup added on day 5
rind of 2 oranges added on day 5
