Ended up claiming on Amazon(based on advice from askaboutmoney-thanks Shane!) so they refunded me the complete amount. Then cashed 100 euro cheque from ParcelMotel so it worked out quite well:)

Amazon will probably stop delivering to them if that carries on. That'll hit Parcel Motel in the pocket.

Going to be one less way of getting stuff delivered here too though unfortunately.
