Hey guys,

I'm new to brewing and new to this forum after lurking here for a bit. I'm from Kerry and was converted to craft beer around 18 months ago by Gugs44, who has also introduced me to home brewing.

Started brewing about a month ago. I have done 5 x one gallon all grain recipes, I couldn't face dumping 5 gallons of beer. 3 of these beers are now bottled and I am sitting tight.
