Punk IPA Suggestions?

I used a couple of methods with this that may not suit - FWH and also a 100 gramme hop stand at 75 celcius. Did a bit more reading last night and looks like I should have just done a regular 60 m boil with 10 grammes more to reach original IBUs. This will be closer to the new recipe (which wasnt what I was originally intending)..

Brewdog and the Brooklyn Brew Shop have released an all-grain 1 gallon kit for £40. That price does include a demi-john, siphon and a few other bits. Still very expensive though.
