Hello from Brazil !

Hi everyone,

My name is Luciano, i´m from Brazil, and moved to Galway one month ago...

I´m new to the forum, but have some experience with homebrewing... I´ve been brewing all grain in Brazil since 2009, and want to start brewing here in Ireland...  I´m planning to buy some equipment in the next few weeks

I'd say there are few occasions when the Irish climate is better than the Brazilian one but probably when it comes to brewing. Welcome

I had the pleasure of meeting a Brazilian Homebrewer at a professional event in Europe recently and he was updating me of the exciting stuff going on in Brazil.
So much so that we are going to organise so kind of competition exchange, its on the to do list so watch this space, you could be our Ambassador, it may involve a trip to Rio around Carnival time, could you handle that?

darren996: I have a preference for english and belgian styles, but i tried a lot of diferent ones: weiss, ipa, stout, porter, pilsen, trippel, quadrupel...   I never made a sour beer, and this is one of my favourite styles to drink...

Welcome Luciano!
I was in Brazil in January and found some nice Brazilian craft beers there. Blumenau was a real hot spot, and I remember an Acai Stout in Recife that I'd love to replicate.
