2 years on and I still peak into my fermenters everyday I'll learn that lesson at some stage...

welcome abord , remember we all start out knowing very little , and after 2 years i still have newbie questions , dont be shy about asking for advice you have come to the best place ,take things slowly and you will find that the €10 for full membership is the best tenner you ever spent . dont go overboard on buying stuff you dont need like myself and watch out for group buys its a great way to save money.
