I'm embarrassed to say that I've never actually tasted a weizenbock. Any widely available commercial examples?

Aventinus (Schneider weisse tap 6) drink the nectar of the gods and you'll never look back.
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter

Just ferment at 20c

I bottle conditioned mine. That yeast does finish a little high

Contact C and R in Cork, I think they distribute Schneider

they have it in bradleys in cork , try their online shop .......also the yeast in the bottle is the yeast used to brew it .....its a lovely beer for a dark winters evening
