No I'm sure it's from the date you join up, you can check it under your membership details

Weird. I joined in March, but got an email saying my subscription expired on Dec 31st - it's also marked as expired on my profile? No access to members' area either. Must have fallen through the cracks!

That is weird! Your subscription was from March to December for some reason. I've changed your expiry date to March so you should be back in action again.
