Just did a schwarzbier with 50/50 this and Munich malt. Got 75% efficiency and a nice lauter, so it's no better or worse then the usual pilsner I've used in the past. Will report back if there are any unusual flavours when the beer is ready that are malt derived, but I don't expect any issues.
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter
