Hey overthinking is what we all do
The more stuff you have the more that can go wrong. K.I.S.S. Live by them rules

Spent an hour cleaning out my keezer coz of a leak on the liquid disconnect. Wasn't fun and lost most of a keg of DIPA.
Every connection or controller is a potential failure. I'm getting more zen about my kit every day. 😌 ^-^

I shut off my gas all the time in case one if the disconnects goes nuts. The odd weekend, I have flat kegs and know it's time to hunt down a leak somewhere.
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter
