So I got my first AG brew done today. It was a learning XP to say the least.

Checked all my equipment during the week and everything was working grand.....'this is good'

Crushed my grain, mash on, sorting my hops out.....homebrewcomp didn't put my 60mins addition in

Sparged, getting the boil on, 3kw element on my 40l buffalo boiler doesn't work. I'd added a 2.4kw element myself, and that had to painstakingly do the job. Collected 32l of wort and was supposed to have 23l by the end of it. I boiled for 90mins because of the lesser element, had 25l at the end

Can anyone tell me what the damage will be because I didn't get to 23l?

First of all congrats on jumping into all grain. No going back now.

Did you take a gravity reading?
25L when you designing a recipe on 23L will just give you a slightly weaker beer.
Take notes and learn from your first brew day. As far as first brew days go it sounds grand. Some of the tales people come out with are a hell of a lot worse.
Get the element sorted and get another batch on the go and you will dial in your setup pretty quick.
TAKE NOTES...

Don't put your head in your hands......didn't bother with gravity

I just wanted to do my first brew to get a feel for it all before I start dialling my numbers in properly the next time.

Have to say though, it was so so fuckin awesome doin everything even with the hiccoughs. Been a long time in the making so it was all really enjoyable!

Think the only thing that'll take time is the WAF*

Waf doesn't happen until you brew a beer that she likes.
Congrats on the first brew. All brewers  have the hiccups, its all part of it and it's what will drive you to improve your process.

Don't worry about efficiency at the start but if I was to give you advise it would be to start to keep a log of what you are doing and take gravity readings...

As someone said to me, Welcome to the obsession
