Survey for my thesis

Hey, hope this is OK to post here.

I'm currently doing a masters in psychology, my thesis is focusing on how people approach their work and how their workplace affects it.
I've got a 5 minute survey based on this and you'd all be doing me a huge favour if you filled it out. I've had one avenue for getting responses fall through at the last minute so I'd really appreciate any responses you can give me.

If you work in a team or pretty much have any workmates and a manager then you're qualified to fill it out!
