I am wondering how people are extracting big beers on there AIO (All-in-Ones)

Braumeister
Grainfather
BIAB
Bulldog
Ace
etc.

I think the AIO devices share enough similarity but I am curious to see how people think through their brewday to ensure the smoothest day and best resulting beer.

Brewing up a 10% Nogne O 100 clone on Braumeister 20l
10kg grist split into 2 x 5kg
First Mash 5kg at 63C with 25l
No sparge.
Pulled the pipe and left the wort in the BM.
Reset program.

Second Mash 5kg at 63C with 25l
Mashout at 76C (I think)
I had wort fountains galore partly down to not conditioning the malt and maybe too fine a grist.
I also had massive trub/break so in reality probably only have 16l

I have considered going back to 36l cooler for big beers so trying to find out others experience/process for big beers.

Big beers I only use the 3V setup, as it's just a pain on the smaller devices. If I was going it on the grainfather, I'd instead do 2 15L mashes @ 1.5L/KG and combine them, rather than trying to double mash.
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter
