TheSumOfAllBeers

I will bring a bottle of the original Export Porter for comparison. I recall from the last meet that the new brew was close to my recollection but something was absent about it. I have my theories (differences in the character malts from different maltsers), but lets compare everything side by side and be sure about it.

@tsoab: original export porter 6.2%
@tsoab: long suffering kveik citra brut IPA (formerly kveik citra pale with too much enzymes)

TheSumOfAllBeers

It will be a close run thing with the pale ale, as it will be packaged up today or tomorrow.

Also I will be presenting on Closed Transfer Techniques to reduce O2 pickup/oxidation. Have the notes together, just need to source graphics.

Will also bring in a belgian pale ale that may have some issues. Its only barely conditioned.
