Aldi Apple and Elderflower Juice

Was looking at this in Aldi today, 79cent a liter.
I'd say it'd do well as a wine or cider.

Last time I bought this the OG was about 1025 >:(

Lovely subtle flavour as a juice but no feremntables to speak of - unless you want a really thin weak wine.

By all means get some and check the OG! Then try to work out a way to use it!
Remember: The Nationals are just round the corner - time to get brewing

They also have kilo bags of sugar for about a euro  ;D

Actually have a gallon of this for bottling tomorrow. Can't remember how much sugar i used but i got an OG of 1072 down to 990. Used brown sugar for a bit of colour as well.

Awesome, let me know how it tastes on bottling day. Might throw on a gallon if it's ok  :)

I make this every year when it comes in and it flies out the door. I use champagne yeast and table sugar it turns out like west coast cooler. The ladies in my life love it. I normally aim for og of 1.045.
