Coopers stout

Just started this one tonight, first stout.

Went with
1.7 kg tin coopers stout
1kg dark spray malt
250 g dermara sugar

og of 1044

Pitched at 25c

Hopefully will be tasty.

It's been on the go for 48 hours now, but has being going ballistic for the past 24, reckon this is going to be superb.

3 days with a reading of 1014, bottled tonight and looking forward to a couple of bottles by October.

1.014 seems to be the norm for this kit

If you pitch the yeast at 40C, like ehh.... someone I know did.......
