hello im new to NHC  ;D

ive only been brewing about a month now.
yesterday i bottled my first batch a coopers IPA got 37 bottles  :D

and started off another 2 batches a coopers traditional draught and
a coopers German style wheat beer

im based in tallaght Dublin,

was me, I remember u with ur crazy name :)

we have a brew sunday coming in kildae and theres loads happening all over the place for the next month. Get to a meet asap as the forum thingy is grand but as u saw aat the rds its a club of real people as well! :)

You started off with a great kit! Try to keep your grubby mitts off it for at least a couple of weeks to carbonate. It'll be at its best at about 2months in the bottle, but as it's your first brew you'll probably drink it all too soon and enjoy every drop of it  ;D

For the Traditional Draught, try to keep the temperature down between 16-18 degrees as the supplied blend of ale and lager yeast works best at a lower temperature than the straight coopers' ale yeast.

How did you turn the wheatbeer into a german style? different yeast?
