I would liek to get any beers ye have available as soon as possible, we have tasting sessions quite often over the next few months so whenever people can drop them to me in Dublin (or arrange for them to be sent to Dublin).

Your office is handiest Declan! God knows where they'd end up after the rds!

I have a nut brown ale I brewed about two months ago that is godawful and I would love to figure out what went wrong. The only thing I know was wrong was the fermentation temperature was probably too high (22C ambient in the room it fermented in so I imagine it was slightly higher than that). I have looked into the problems associated with high fermentation temps but none seem to match up. I cant identify the off flavours myself... are you interested in that?
