Some of you might be aware that Beoir was given some filled growlers from Sweetmans for the Beoir officers as a thank you for all of our work. Since there are only 3 officers, and two of us already won growlers, we held a competition for all staff and included NHC staff who worked the ICBCF as lets face it, we all did a lot of work be it at the stand or running the event.
Not all the winners are full beoir members so might not have seen the winners list. Myself and Andrew took ourselves out of the running as we each have a growler and don't need another.
Andrew wrote a script to pick 5 random winners.

So here are the winners:
buri - wheat
Partridge - Belgian
capillod - kolsch
St. Fursey - red
Ms DCBbrewing - pale

I might, assuming that's OK, leave the growler for St. Fursey with Partridge? To be delivered via NHC express if anyone is heading to Galway?
I don't know buri offhand so I'm not sure the best way for him to collect.

I collected the growlers yesterday in the car. I live in Blanchardstown if anyone wants to collect from me. Otherwise, I can probably only bring one with me in a backpack if I'm heading in to town. I'm not around on Saturday,  have a wedding to go to in Carlow. I think I have the beer list correct. If anyone would like to swap, talk to another winner and see if they want to do so.

Don't leave it too late, they are not designed to be kept for too long.

By the way, I have put the beoir thread in the regular forums for the benefit of non beoir members. It's here.

Thanks Rossa.
The original plan was to do all this at the RDS which would have been much easier but health and safety at the RDS said sweetman's could not fill growlers. So we had to do it the hard way with me driving in to town on a Sunday to find sweetman's packed (airshow) and can I come back later. So I drove to Partridge's house for a bit, then home to start a mash and then back in for 6:30pm to get the growlers.

Damn you health and safety people  ::)
